Is OtoAssist free? How much does it cost?
Downloading the app and creating an account is free. Vehicle tracking runs on a monthly subscription: your first car’s first month is free, then about 1 USD per car per month. The price depends on your country and the store’s local pricing; you see the exact amount on the purchase screen. Each car has its own subscription, so you only pay for the cars you track.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Tracking continues until the end of the current period and then doesn’t renew.
What information do I need?
The plate and ID/passport number are enough.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is sent over an encrypted connection and your personal information isn’t shared with third parties. You can delete your account anytime.
How many vehicles can I add?
Up to 30 in the app; each vehicle has its own monthly subscription, so 3 cars means 3 subscriptions. For more vehicles, we offer fleet support paid by bank transfer. Message us on WhatsApp.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad and Android. It can also be installed from the App Store on Apple Silicon (M-series) Macs.
Which reminders will I get?
We notify you as inspection, road tax, third-party insurance and comprehensive insurance dates approach. You choose how many days ahead and whether you get notifications or emails.
Can I check and pay fees?
Yes. See your inspection and road tax fees and pay them through the official payment page. You can also start your travel-abroad fee payment.
Can I sell my car?
Yes. Post a listing on OtoİLAN with photos, price and contact details; other users will see it.
Is there a Home Screen widget?
Yes. Add a widget to your Home Screen to see days left without opening the app. Works on iOS and Android.
